Responsibilities:
• Providing an updated production basis to local production and providing input for improvement of production basis to Production Engineer staff function.
• Initiate changes in production setup, according to production plan.
• Assist to the Daily Management, supporting the actions relating Safety, Quality & Production.
• Coordinate, maintain and execute the factories investment budget.
Tasks:
• Implement new or revised methods and processes, based on updated production basis.
• Follow-up and react on variations in capability of processes and equipment.
• Provide risk assessments and safety instructions in accordance with local legislation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor engineering degree.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a production plant.
• Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement processes, development, optimization…
• Fluent in English.
