Senior Process Engineer

Our client is one of the largest engineering companies in Spain within the electricity generation sector, with the construction of power plants being the main activity of the company.

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer for them.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 5 years experienced in thermal power plants (coal, diesel) or combined cycle in conceptual and detailed engineering phases, as well as construction and start-up.

Duties:
• Heat balance
• Design criteria
• Design conceptual process diagrams
• Design systems based on different operation modes in a central (start-up, normal operation, partial loads, trip, bypass)
• Hydraulic and thermal calculations
• Design and sizing equipment (data sheets)
