Commissioning Manager (Algeria project)

Requirements:

– Minimum 10 years of experience in described position in EPC oil&gas projects.
– High level of French (is a must for a project in Algeria)
– Fluent in English
– Technical Education: Bachelor in Mechanical-Industrial Engineer or equivalent.

Main responsibilities:

Organize and preparing:
– Project Proposal for relevant discipline
– Development of General Commissioning Department organization procedures and standards
– Development of project technical Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up procedures and test forms
– Development of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up Project Schedules, Mobilization Plan, Budget
– Mobilization of Site Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up Teams
– Operation Teams
