Material Managers

Qualifications:

– Bachelor in industrial or similar engineering.

Experience-Industry and Availability:

– Oil and Gas industry (or petrochemical/refinery): minimum 5 years
– Managers: 8 years of EPC industrial construction experience required
– Availability to work in worldwide international projects
– Use of Marian System will be appreciated

Experience-Specialty Required:

– Make certain that Warehouse procedure as described in the Execution Manual is understood and followed by all people concerned.
– Provided to unload material on arrival utilizing proper sub-contractor
– Store materials in allocated areas provide storage allocation plan.
– Provide that all special apparatus marking part of the bigger one remain in warehouse.
– Record arrival of material and prepare the Material Receipt Form.
– Keep record of material requested but not available.
– Record material orders and invoices and customs documents.
– Responsible of the control of material at site. He shall be as well responsible of the preventive maintenance of the equipment received at site until they are handed over to the Mechanical Subcontractor.
– Assure the appropriate coordination among the warehouse activities.

IT Skills:

– Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, Lotus Notes, and other Company and discipline specific software applications.

– Fluent in English (high level)
