Project QA Manager

Our client is one of the leaders for engineering and construction in the energy sector in Europe and in the world.
Their businesses are in the field of Engineering and Construction of industrial facilities in the areas of Oil and Gas, Refining and Petrochemical, Energy and Infrastructures.
We are looking for a Project QA Manager for their international first class EPC oil&gas projects located in Middle East.

Requirements:

– Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering.
– Minimum 10 years of experience as Quality Manager in EPC oil&gas projects.
– High level of English (fluent).
– Availability for expatriation in Middle East during the construction phase (3 years approx.).
– Expert knowledge of:
a) Quality Management System
b) Audit. IRCA certification will be valued
c) Datum analyze and statistical.
d) Process Improvement

Main Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain the system of the Quality Management System in projects and ensured requirements of the client have been achieved (corporate and procedures):
– Prepare the quality plan of the project.
– Generate the procedures of the quality assurance y review them from other departments.
– KPIs: set up, maintain and analyze the key indicators of the processes.
– Fix the quality requirements for suppliers and subcontractors.
– Approval of the providers.
– Management and analyze satisfaction of the client
– Perform audit process, providers and subcontractor.
– Manage of No-Conformities.
– Corrective Actions and prevention: definition, implementation and follow up.

– In Madrid: 45.000€ annual gross salary.
– In site: rotation: 3 months on / 2 weeks off, single status, life in a camp, food & lodge included + air tickets provided mobilization/rotation/demobilization + attractive economic packages of expatriation.
