Qualifications:
– Bachelor in Civil-Industrial Engineer or similar.
Experience-Industry:
– Minimum 10 years on this position in Oil and Gas industry
– Our candidates must have experience in site projects: petrochemical, refinery, pipelines, gas, LNG (terminals, tanks), Combined Cycle (CC)……
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
– Taking full responsibility of project construction operations.
– Responsible for implementation of the Plan Quality Assurance Project. To assist in their preparation as needed.
– Have to be fully aware of the terms of the contract with subcontractors and the client as well as the conditions and requirements of the project in terms of scope, any changes and extra work.
– Participate during the project engineering in the preparation of the basic planning of construction.
– Prepare the site and analyze organizational development of the programs subcontractor’s needs of personnel, equipment and tools.
– Organize the implementation of site activities.
– Ensure that the construction is carried out in accordance with specifications and engineering drawings.
– Direct the planning and follow-up meetings with superintendents and / or supervisors to coordinate work and ensure the availability of equipment, materials, personnel, etc..
– Chairing the coordination meetings with representatives of the subcontractors of the Assembly to ensure that activities continue as provided in construction programs.
– Coordinate all engineering issues with the Project Leader and / or Chief Engineer Site and client representatives on site
