Subcontract Manager (Algeria project)

REQUIREMENTS:

– Minimum 8 years of experience in described position in EPC oil&gas projects or similar (refinery, petrochemical…)
– Senior level professional with extensive international in EPC Construction Management.
– High level of French is a must
– Fluent in English is highly considered
– Must have availability to mobilize to Site ASAP.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Recognized for excellent perception and ability of handling local Contractors in engineering, construction and maintenance of infrastructures for Petrochemical Plants, Refineries, Storage facilities, Distribution terminals, pressure water injection facilities, Gas.
– Procurement orders involving execution
– Issue, review and approval of invoices related to Subcontractors
– Ability in handling local subcontractors for Petrochemical Plants and Refineries
– Placement, execution and evaluation of sub-contractors claims and demands.
– Ability to negotiate contracts and develop long-term relationships.
